At Community Central Bank (Bank), Community Central Mortgage Company (Mortgage) and Community Central Insurance Agency, LLC (Insurance Agency) (collectively, "we", "us" and "our"), the basis of each customer relationship is trust. You have chosen to do business with us, and we are obligated to honor that relationship with great care, beginning with the information you have chosen to share with us. We believe that your privacy should not be compromised. At the same time, we want to offer you the array of financial products and services you need to accomplish your financial goals. The following is our privacy policy. The privacy policy must be followed by all Bank, Mortgage and Insurance Agency employees for the collection, use, retention, and security of nonpublic personal information. Community Central Mortgage and Community Central Insurance Agency, LLC are wholly-owned subsidiaries of the Bank.
What Information We Collect
We may collect "nonpublic personal information" about you from the following sources:
- Information we receive from you on applications or other loan and account forms;
- Information about your transactions with us or others; and
- Information we receive from third parties such as consumer reporting agencies (credit bureaus).
"Nonpublic personal information" includes nonpublic information about you that we obtain in connection with providing a financial product or service to you. For example, nonpublic personal information includes information regarding your loan, account balance, payment history and overdraft history with us.
What Information We Disclose
We are permitted under law to disclose all of the nonpublic personal information about you that we collect, as described above, in certain circumstances. For example, we may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of nonaffiliated third parties:
- Financial service providers who assist us in processing or servicing your loan or account with us, such as check printers, data processing companies and (any others?). These companies are legally prohibited from disclosing or using the information for purposes other than is specified in our agreement with them.
- Companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with whom we have joint marketing agreements. These companies are legally prohibited from disclosing or using the information for purposes other than is specified in our agreement with them.
- Others, as permitted or required by law, such as to government agencies in response to subpoenas, and to credit bureaus.
We also may share with each other information regarding our respective transactions and experiences with you. Further, as described in Notice of Your Opportunity to Opt Out of Information Sharing, subject to your right to opt out, we may share certain other nonpublic personal information about you with each other.
If you close your account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will continue to adhere to the privacy policies and practices described in this notice.
Bank maintains strict confidentiality of all information collected from customers in connection with performing transactions at ATMs that Bank owns or operates. Bank does not disclose the information, except to perform or complete the transaction authorized by the consumer, or as otherwise permitted by law.
Our Security Procedures
We also take steps to safeguard customer information. We restrict access to your nonpublic personal information to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services to you. Our employees are trained about the importance of maintaining confidentiality and customer privacy. If necessary, we take appropriate disciplinary steps to enforce our employees' responsibility to protect your personal information. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.
Accuracy of Information
We continuously strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. You play an important role in assuring your information is complete and accurate by thoroughly reviewing all account information we provide you. Should you ever believe that our records are inaccurate or incomplete, please notify us immediately so that we may take appropriate action.

The following represents information about you that we can share with each other to offer you financial products or services you need to accomplish your financial goals - unless you tell us not to.
What Information
Unless you tell us not to, we may share with each other information about you including:
- Information we obtain from your application, such as your income or marital status;
- Information we obtain from a consumer report, such as your credit score or credit history;
- Information we obtain to verify representations made by you, such as your open lines of credit with nonaffiliated third parties;
- Information we obtain from a person regarding its employment, credit, or other relationship with you, such as your employment history.
How to Tell Us Not To Share This Information
If you prefer that we not share the information described above with each other, you may opt out of the information sharing by checking the appropriate box in Opt Out Election.
Note: Your opt out election concerns only our sharing with each other the type of information described in What Information. Even if you elect to opt out of the information sharing, we may share our transaction and experience and other nonpublic personal information about you with each other, and may share nonpublic personal information about you with nonaffiliated third parties, as permitted by law.
